URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign is looking for a driven, positive, and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our Meyerland team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a manager who enjoys leading people, creating a strong office culture, and making sure both patients and team members have an exceptional experience. As an Office Manager, you’ll be more than the person running the schedule. You’ll help set the tone for the entire office, develop your team, support the doctor, improve daily operations, and make sure every patient feels welcomed and well cared for.

What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, support, and develop the front office team
  • Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative office culture
  • Coach and motivate team members to reach their goals
  • Help with onboarding, training, and team development
  • Lead by example and promote URBN Dental’s people-first culture
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical teams, and leadership

 

Office Operations

  • Oversee daily front office operations and office flow
  • Help ensure the schedule is productive, organized, and patient-focused
  • Support scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication
  • Oversee insurance processes and help ensure a smooth patient financial experience
  • Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and operational needs
  • Help ensure company systems and processes are followed consistently
  • Partner with the doctor and leadership to maintain an efficient and successful practice

 

Patient Experience

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient
  • Help the team build strong patient relationships
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure the office maintains a high standard of service from check-in through checkout
  • Help create an environment patients are excited to return to and recommend

 

Technology & Office Environment

Qualifications

  • Prior dental office management experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
