Schedule: 5–6 days per week | Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Do

Be the first face patients see, creating a warm and welcoming experience
Master the ins and outs of dental insurance
Use Open Dental Software confidently
Deliver excellent customer service at every patient touchpoint
Schedule patients with ease and accuracy
Create and present treatment plans tailored to each patient
Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts
Audit patient accounts with precision
Stay on top of treatment plans, follow-ups, and cancellations

Experience & Requirements

Dental Receptionist: 1 year (required)
Treatment Planner: 1 year (required)
Dental Terminology: 1 year (preferred)
