Location: Houston, TX | Hybrid (in-office & work-from-home)
Commitment: Full-Time
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 (Based on Experience)
Experience: Dental industry + proven CFO experience required

What You’ll Do:
As CFO, you will help lead the financial direction of the company and ensure we remain scalable, sustainable, and aligned with our mission of quality care and employee unity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Financial forecasting and strategic planning
• Mergers & acquisitions analysis and execution
• Cash flow management and capital structure oversight
• Lender/investor relationship management
• Budget development, variance analysis, and cost optimization
• Financial and operational reporting for multi-location growth
• Workforce productivity and project management collaboration
• Support technology integration and innovation initiatives
Qualifications:
• Prior CFO experience in a high-growth or healthcare/dental organization
• Strong background in strategic finance, M&A, and performance metrics
• Ability to implement financial infrastructure for multi-location operations
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, forecasting, and cash management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Houston-based or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
